To participate in her cooking class, she will be at Inspire Artistic Minds in Orange this Thursday at 6:30 p.m. Chin's cooking demonstration will feature four recipes from her cookbook: Chiang Mai chicken in lettuce cups, panaeng curry meatballs, pineapple fried rice and coconut cake. The interactive class is $40, and tickets can be purchased at this link.
