TAPS' Spring Forward Beer Dinner
Award-winning brews on the menu include a cream ale and a Belgian white, and there's an oatmeal stout to wash down your dessert.

Trio of Seafood
Bubo's Costa Rican sea bass ceviche, marinated yellowfin tuna

Spanish influenced tomato & pepper ragout
served with watercress radish salad
Achiote Braised Duroc Pork Belly
Oxtail tamal, adobo sauce, vegetables à la Jardinière
& crispy chicharrón
