Taco Bell Crime of the Week: Employee Throws Head Set, Utensils, and Pizza at Customers!
Enough of our Taco Bell love-in for this week; back to the wacky. Back to Florida, where an employee was plenty angry and threw his head set, utensils and pizza inside the restaurant, necessitating a shutdown. Fun!
The tale of the tape:
An employee of the Taco Bell in Palmetto was arrested Saturday morning shortly after threw a head set, utensils and food in the restaurant, including a whole box of pizza that hit a victim in the face.
The actions of Palmetto's Joshua Ryan Fisher, 18, led to an hour-long shut down of the restaurant so it could be cleaned up, according to a Palmetto Police Department report.
Fisher was arrested 11:32 a.m. Saturday in the 500 block of 10th Street East and charged with battery and criminal mischief for the 11 a.m. incident.
Fisher remained in the Manatee County jail today on $750 bond for battery and $500 bond for criminal mischief, according to the Manatee County Sheriff's Office website.
Fisher was working at the Taco Bell at 640 10th St. E., Palmetto when, for some reason that the report does not indicate, he began chucking food, utensils and a head set, the report states.
