Subway Testing a "Creamy Sriracha" Sauce
Credit for this find goes to Charisma Madarang, who blogged for us but is currently writing for Foodbeast when she discovered that a Santa Ana Subway is actually testing out a so-called "Creamy Sriracha" sauce.
She reports that "it had a mayo-like consistency and was less sweet and much more spicy."
Yes, it appears the biggest fast food chain in America is finally on the Sriracha bandwagon, but why dilute the cock sauce? Don't they realize the stuff is available in squeeze bottles and ready to squirt into the open face of a sandwich? And if there was a sandwich in dire need of a full-strength Sriracha injection, it's the ones at Subway.
