Starbucks Offers Backdoor Access to The New York Times' Paywall

So here's something: The New York Times announced yesterday that Starbucks customers can get free access to 15 articles per day on if they do it through the coffee store's in-house Wi-Fi network--a backdoor to the now tightened-up paywall the paper instituted two years ago.

Starbucks' network, installed nearly three years ago, also allows free access to The Wall Street Journal and its other media partners.

Still, there are reported limitations, such as only being allowed to access certain sections of the Times on certain days.
