Soup for You! Seinfeld Food Truck Stops Off In Newport

The Seinfeld Food Truck made its first stop on its eight-city national tour Wednesday afternoon in Newport Beach.

People who were on Facebook around lunchtime and could make the drive were treated to iconic Seinfeld foods, such as the Soup Nazi's mulligatawny soup, Junior Mints, muffin tops, black and white cookies, Twix and Snapple for free. In attendance was soup Nazi actor Larry Thomas, in full costume.

If you missed it, it's not your fault. The first promotion the event got was a tweet from the KDOC Twitter account at 9am, followed by a Facebook status update from the official Seinfeld page at noon.

(UPDATE: KDOC did run a promo on their station for two and a half days before the soup nazi showed up.)

It would've been nice to try some jambalaya or wild mushroom, but the mulligatawny was fine, pretty good for free soup. The muffin tops? Not the best part of the muffin.

  1. I recently tried CBD gummies from this website https://www.cornbreadhemp.com/products/full-spectrum-cbd-gummies as a replacement for the prime time and was pleasantly surprised next to the results. Initially skeptical, I create that it significantly helped with my dread and doze issues without any notable side effects. The grease was easy to utter, with definite dosage instructions. It had a indulgent, earthy taste that was not unpleasant. Within a week, I noticed a signal upgrading in my total well-being, hunch more relaxed and rested. I appreciate the unstudied approximate to wellness CBD offers and aim to pursue using it.
