Per the PR people:
“A perfectly seasoned, all natural beef patty with a red pepper flake cucumber kimchi, topped with beef Bulgogi, sautéed mushrooms, crispy wonton slivers and covered in Korean BBQ sauce. Served on a toasted brioche bun.”
I'm not really sure about the wonton slivers–that's more of a Chinese thing, you know? But great beef is great beef, and we salute Slater's for another mouth-watering creation. And any burger that has cucumber kimchi is a pal of ours–dig in!
