Rocket Fizz Soda Pop and Candy Shop Planned For Irvine Spectrum
More sugar-based junk foods are coming to our county. A new Rocket Fizz Soda Pop and Candy Shop is planned for Irvine Spectrum Center in the pathway towards Target between Macy's and Nordstrom.
The franchise of sweets that began in Camarillo has spread through California, and as far north as Oregon and as far east as Florida and Tennessee. Along with shelves of candy bars from different parts of the globe (think Kinder Bueno and White Rabbit) the store will boast thousands of soda pop with including a Buffalo wing soda, a few store-branded bottles with flavors like red licorice and mud pie, and a pink-leopard-spotted bottle by Jersey Shore's Snooki. Yes, she has her own, limited-edition, Wild Cherry Soda.
The planned store will be the second in OC. One opened in San Clemente two years ago. There are also others slated for Newport Beach and Huntington Beach. Better schedule your long overdue dental check-up now.
