Ritz-Carlton's Easter Brunch Is Fit For A King (Or Lottery Winner)
Loads of restaurants are running special menus this Sunday, but the Easter Brunch (10am-3pm) at the Pavilions in the Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel, is one for gourmets and splurgers. At $84 ($25 for kids), it's only $4 more than the normal brunch, and for that you get the likes of:
Slow Roasted Prime Rib, Aromatic Herb Infusion, Paso Robles Zinfandel Reduction
Toasted Cumin Masala Crusted Leg of Lamb, Cucumber Yogurt, Roasted Garlic Lamb Jus
Sweet Spring Pea Bisque, Minted Truffle Foam (Ferran Adrià, eat your heart out)...
via sushi, seafood, salads, meats, omelettes, waffles, a "wide selection of pastries" and, in a bid to justify the extra four bucks, three types of caviar and a glass of champagne (adults only, of course).
So get dropping heavy hints, then get booking on (949) 240-2000.
