Restaurant Roll Call for July 2011

Someone asked me once whether I was worried that there will be a time when we as food writers will run out of places to review. My answer was no. There will be never be a time when there won't be a new restaurant somewhere. This month is proof of that. We observed at at least ten new eateries, both mobile and stationary, debut. And that's just the ones we noticed.
