I think we called it a long time ago, but it's worth repeating now: Poke is blowing up all over. And the explosion continues with another poke shop to open soon in Irvine at The Square, located a stone's throw from John Wayne Airport at Main and MacArthur.

For now, we don't know much about Poke Dot except the clever pun its chosen for a name and what it says in the Irvine Company placeholder for the store on its site. It describes it simply as this: “Poke Dot offers fresh, customizable poke bowls and other seafood to make your mouth water.”
From that it would be safe to assume it's following the PokiNometry model and not how it's done in Hawaii, pre-prepared in vats. More news on this as it comes.
