As we mentioned not too long ago, Pieology has plans to aggressively expand and get ahead of its competitors like Blaze Pizza and 800 Degrees in the DIY pizza business. About six stores are planned all around Southern California.
The first store outside of the Fullerton original opened in Irvine November of last year at the Irvine Spectrum. Now it looks OC will get another Pieology store in…wait for it…also Irvine. This time, it will be at The Marketplace next to Edwards Cinemas in the space Pat N Oscar's used to occupy.

The development is just one of many new eateries to come. Bonefish Grill, a seafood concept from Florida, is being built up as we speak on the Tustin side of the street. And as you may remember, La Habra's beloved burger joint G Burger opened at the food court a few weeks ago.
