So, a few days ago Yelp released their list of the top 100 places to eat. Somewhat surprisingly (not because we're not amazing, but because people don't pay attention), Orange County landed four spots of the 100.
What won it for us? Mexican food, Italian ice, Mama D's, and.. Dole Whip.

In order..
Cream Pan in Tustin ranked highest at 31st.
Frostbites Crepes and Frozen Delights in Cypress placed 51st, mostly due to their Italian ice-custard combo.
Sabroso! Mexican Grill in Garden Grove landed 61st.
Disneyland's Tiki Juice Bar ended up 65th because of Dole Whip.
Mama D's finished 68th, probably due to the almost creepy levels of good service you get there.
And finally, Mattern Sausage and Deli in Orange at 74.
Now, there are some problems with this list. For one, there's only one pho place, it shows up in the 70s, and it's in Denver (Seriously, Denver).For two, I can get Dole Whip at Strikland's. And for three, Yelpers — especially the hardcore ones — are kind of really weird.
But hey, I'm not one to begrudge someone's success, so congratulations, guys!
