How did you all meet? I met Charlie, my partner, through mutual friends about eight years ago. Jessica, my fiancee, at a New Year's party three years ago. Andres, our chef, through social media last year.
Hardest lesson you've learned. Expectations pave the road to disappointment.
Tell us something most people don't know about you. I was a therapist and worked with troubled teens.
You have a whole day to yourself; what do you do? Depends on if I have a "toy" in the garage at the moment or not.
Last movie watched; how was it? Rush. It was really good!
Where did you grow up, and where's home these days? I grew up in New York, and Newport Beach is home today.
Last thing you researched online: A commercial property listing.
What would you be doing if you weren't in this business? Operating a car wash.
Do you have any skills that have nothing to do with food? Clinical (therapist), parental (like to think I'm a good father), driving (track and racing).
What's your favorite childhood memory? Playing baseball.

What turns you on-- creatively, spiritually or emotionally? Creatively - developing new concepts and ideas. Spiritually - helping others with their afflictions. Emotionally - my family (fiance, daughter and three furry children).
