Our favorite quote during our interview with Joe and Mike was the best piece of advice Joe's father gave him, "Always mold around other people's personalities. Don't have them adjust to me. I have to adjust to them." It helps, and it works.

How to accept "No" in sales.

I think about work constantly. I stay up late thinking of ideas on how to expand.

Over 100,000 pounds of a private label product.

Where did you grow up?
What's your favorite childhood memory?
Coming to the factory and cooking racks of sausage with my Dad.
Have you experimented with any flavors that didn't work out?
We did a breakfast sausage for a chain that didn't work out. We also tried putting citric acid in the Greek sausage. That didn't work out, either.

Coneheads on Comedy Central. It's a classic.
