We don't know if we were more surprised or relieved that Donald was a man of choice words. It might be because he used to teach English, and we were prepared to type a whole lot more. Either way, his demeanor was about as chill as could be right before a lunch service.

I grew up in Long Beach. What brings me to Orange County is this job

I was on ESPN checking scores.

Last book read or movie watched; how was it?
Sherlock Holmes. I was easily distracted when I watched it from the company I was with at the time.
What's your favorite childhood memory?
Going on three day cruises on an aircraft carrier with my Dad back in Japan. From the Southern Islands to Yokohama. I remember seeing them shoot canons and blow stuff up.
Do you have any skills that are non-food related?
I'm an awesome snowboarder. I used to go in Japan, but I like going to Mammoth.
