An occasional personal trainer who can mix a batch of mint chocolate chip– we bet there's a pull-up bar installed in the kitchen doorway. Not only preserving the status quo, but working on ways to enhance it (Accept plastic already!), he shares a few more responses to our questionnaire.

Building houses.
How did you meet our mutual friend Dennis? And how did he get involved with Hans'?
We met on a basketball court at Woodbury, in Irvine. when I heard that Hans' was looking to sell his shop, I contacted Dennis to help put together the financing.
Last movie watched; how was it?
Wreck-It Ralph. Wasn't as good as I thought it'd be.

Do you have any skills that are non-food related?
I have a million skills. I play a bunch of musical instruments. I can breakdance. I know sign language.
