For owner Laurent Vrignaud, Moulin is a daily reminder of his hometown in France. To commemorate today's holiday, they will be serving an Entrecote Frites dinner. This dish represents many of the foods made available to Parisians as a result of the French Revolution. For $40, guests will dine on rib eye steak with fresh baguette, French fries, house salad and all-you-can-drink wine and beer! Reservations are recommended, and can be made by calling (949) 474-0920.

Sake Tasting At Hi-Time Wine Cellars - Costa Mesa
The theme for this month's tasting is Daiginjo. This sake is made up of water, koji mold, yeast and rice milled 50%, with 50% of each grain of rice remaining. For $20, meet some friendly faces and make each sip matter. No reservation is required this coming Wednesday from 6-8 p.m., and be sure to say "Hi!" to Veronica for us.
