Because the cheese is layered over the toppings here, the pizza achieves bubbly brown gloss on its gooey top. Hidden underneath are marbles of salty Italian sausage, slices of ham and pepperoni and a load of veggies: fresh bite from red onion and green pepper; briny black olives and neutral mushrooms accentuate the salty meats. Brizio's acidic, oregano-heavy sauce shines above whatever you put on the pizza.
The only drawback, which remains from my original critique, is the crust. The dough is made fresh daily and stays crispy from first bite to last. But it's too oily–an unfortunate side effect of being baked in a pizza pan. Blot with a couple of napkins and you're good to go.
