With Summer Fest this weekend, you've still got time to snag a few tickets to OC Weekly's party over at Newport Dunes. And if you're rolling VIP, all the better. Why? Because you get exclusive access to the Tito's VIP Cabana for a few additional sips by some of our very special guests. One of them hails from Macallans Public House in Brea, the beautifully named Miss June '75
Your curiously named beverage begins with a healthy dose of Tito's, followed by equal parts cantaloupe simple syrup, fresh lemon juice and Chareau aloe liqueur. Its effervescence comes from a splash of sparkling wine, topped off with a juicy melon wedge to bring it all together. This light and refreshing sip will keep you moving while the bands play on. It should also pair well with those Taco Throwdown entries you have yet to nosh on. See you at the beach July 16!
