Spotted off Birch Street, signage for a new cupcakery (and possibly more?) near Cold Stone Creamery and Color Me Mine. There is no website, and property management had no further information other than it expects the shop to be open in the next 60 days.

After losing other chain eateries (Gaucho Grill, Pane e Vino, Red Brick
Pizza and Fatburger) over the past couple of years, maybe placing bets
on newcomers is its new strategy? Take a look at the past year:
Sciacca's Social Club and Grill, Entourage Gastropub and Berkeley Dog
all opened in the area originally referred to as Birch Street
Promenade. Only time will tell.
