Masterlink Sausage & Meats Celebrates 50 Years Tomorrow!

It was a year-and-a-half ago that we found our way to Masterlink's factory in Fullerton and sat down with Joe Martin and Mike Pease, two hardworking guys promoting their meaty product. Now, we're proud to report that the company--which provides sausages to nearly all the great OC sausage restaurants--is celebrating their 50th anniversary TOMORROW.
The party will be in full swing at 1 p.m. at Masterlink Sausage & Meats. Witness a formal ribbon cutting and taste samples of Portuguese Hawaiian sausage (among other flavors) cooked up by their neighborhood pals at Roscoes Famous Deli, Heroes Bar & Grill and Joe's. Donations from Bootlegger's Brewery, Hapa Cupcakes, Drinkbar Juicery, Kickin' Ketchup and Mission Market will result in some excellent treats, plus a visit from the Jarritos Refresco truck! Sounds like lunch to us.
