Lost Coast Brewery. Allagash. Cismontane. Manzanita Brewing. Did I get your attention yet? Good. The kicker is that these and other brews are being paired with Chef Geeta Bansal's interpretations of pub grub next Monday. Expect some unexpected flavor pairings and a bit of heat.
Bansal's contemporary offerings will be served between 4:30 and 7:30 p.m. Bites include duck samosas, tandoor roasted bone marrow and naan stuffed with lamb. Brewery representatives will also be available for questions. A friend of the Weekly, Geeta's ongoing events at Clay Oven have been known to sell out. She specializes in collaborating with chefs both local and international, always changing up themes.
Drinks will range from $3-$6; food from $4-$8. Reservations always recommended.
