HoneyMee Ice Cream Coming To Irvine and Garden Grove

Honeymee Ice Cream, a Korean-style ice cream shop that swirls raw honey over soft serve ice cream, is being planned for Irvine and Garden Grove.

The chain is growing rapidly, with stores in LA, Rowland Heights and Buena Park. A Sawtelle location just opened a week ago and a new store in Gardena is hiring as we speak.

The menu consists of five items: the signature “HoneyMee”, ice cream topped with a natural honeycomb chip; the “Darling”, which is just plain vanilla; the “Sweetie”, where the ice cream is topped with liquid honey; the “Dear”, which is drizzled with Ghirardelli chocolate or caramel and a sprinkling of French sea salt; and the “Babee”, which is ice cream and any topping stuffed into a sweet hot-dog bun.

The Irvine shop will open at Harvard Place, at the corner of Harvard and Main, sometime this fall. Check here for more news on this (and where the Garden Grove location will be) as it comes.
