The Weekly familia LOVES its canning and preservation of foods–Dave and my chica won prizes at the Orange County Fair, my chica teaches canning classes across Southern California, and even the jefe's wife is starting to pickle their jalapeños. My view, as always, is contrarian: love it, but hate that it's trendy.
