Damn, we haven't done one of these in a loooooong time, and I blame meself. But, back at the grind. SO…gentle readers: at what restaurant did I take a picture of this hot sauce? The label is the only hint I'll give–faithful readers will immediately grasp the significance of the name of the hot sauce, not because it's particularly famous, but because it's a regional nickname–damn, I already said too much!
