The ambitious list of live demonstrations will have “celebrity chefs, UCCE Master Gardeners, local artisans and community organizations” showing you:

- Salad making
- Jam making
- Refrigerator pickling
- Aquaponics
- Composting

There will, of course, be food trucks (The Lime Truck, Kogi, Barcelona On-the-Go and Seabirds), as well as a few restaurants we're already fond of, including Clay Oven and Xanh Bistro, which is in the process of moving to a new location.
