Costa Mesa's Legendary La Cave to Start Last Sunday Service This Month

La Cave in Costa Mesa has been open for over half a century now, but the legendary steak house / music venue has never really operated on Sundays.. until this month. Starting June 28, the restaurant will begin service on the final Sunday of each month, complete with musical accompaniment by Virginia-born singer/songwriter Matt Commerce.

The service starts at 5:30 p.m. and runs until 9, featuring La Cave's classic surf and turf menu with the addition of a grilled salmon special for Sundays. What's a more perfect way to close out your month than with some fish, garlic chese bread and guitar-based folk rock?

Maybe grab a cocktail while you're there, I guess, or maybe a nice steak. It's not a show without some booze and meat, and after what ever kind of month you've had, you deserve it.
