Police in Newington, Conn. are searching for a man after he pulled off one of the most ingenious heists they've ever seen, reports The Courant. In the dark of the night, he snuck up to a closed mini mart to test its glass. After discretely tapping on the windows, he RAMMED HIS CAR INTO THE FRONT OF THE BUILDING.

Talk about a smooth entry.

What'd he get away with? The cash register? An ATM? Tons and tons of alcohol?

Nope. The guy just wanted a banana. Now he's got some rear bumper damage and the police after him.

But hey, sometimes you just needs your potassium.
