Chipotle Promotes California State Parks With Half-Priced Deal TOMORROW

The Mexican fast-casual chain known for light-hearted humor has a conscience. Or maybe it's a political wish bone. It might be a wannabe grassroots campaign, but it doesn't matter. They've got a deal that doesn't involve wrapping oneself in foil.

70 California State Parks are scheduled to close July 1st due to budget cuts. Chipotle donated $100,000 to support the cause, but now they want to make folks aware of the situation the best way they know how . . . . with burritos. The catch: you gotta buy six on Saturday for the special.

Placing a Burritos by the Box order for 6 or more will get you the meal at half off. In addition, they'll throw in a day pass to any California State Park. In OC, that list includes Bolsa Chica, Corona del Mar, Crystal Cove, Doheny, Huntington, and San Clemente. Hey, if you're gonna hit the beach anyway for your tan line, it's a good deal.
