At last night's KCRW Good Food/OC Weekly fete at the Crosby, the topic, of course, kept coming back to food. One place in particular piqued our interest--Chapter One: the modern local. Located in the Artists Village area of Santa Ana, Gustavo first caught wind of it in October.

Insiders are scheduling to open the doors next weekend, if all goes as planned. Their website describes the tapas experience as one that will "....satisfy your appetite as well as your imagination, while the handpicked selection of beers, wines, and spirits from across the globe complement your plate and elevate your experience."
