Martin, who coined the classic retort "I'm not your bitch, bitch!" to a fellow contestant on the first season of Top Chef, will be at Zov's Bistro in Tustin from 11.30 a.m. to demo and serve a trio of delish dishes, including his signature black truffle mac 'n' cheese.
The star of the show being the super-expensive fungi, the bash doesn't come cheap--$75; reservations essential--but just look at the ingredients in all three creations. (Forget the mac 'n' cheese: just look at the dessert. It's pumpkin season too, after all!)
