You might already know that Burnt Crumbs, which is sort of Burntzilla 2.0, is being planned for Pacific City in Huntington Beach. But did you know that the folks behind The Burnt Truck and Dogzilla food trucks are also opening another one at Los Olivos Marketplace near Irvine Spectrum? It's part of Los Olivos' expansion to an additional 120,000 square feet.
If you don't know exactly where Los Olivos is, it's the shopping center across from Verizon Wireless Amphitheater on Irvine Center Drive whose most recognizable tenant right now is Fukada. Come spring, the quietest of Irvine Company's retail centers will get busier with a Whole Foods Market opening as the anchor. Along for the ride will be the second branch of Dana Point's Angelina's Pizzeria Napoletana, San Diego's Burger Lounge, a new Panini Cafe, and Burnt Crumbs.
Stay tuned here for more details on this as it comes.
