A new churrascaria called Brazil Cali Grill is opening in Santa Ana. It's merely in its planning stages at this point, with nothing inside the restaurant built yet. When it does open, it will be located next to Musubiya Balls and Burgers at 3701 South Harbor Blvd. Ste. E.
There's not much we know about what the concept except that it may not be an all-you-can-eat. A job listing asking for applicants suggests that it will be "Brazilian BBQ restaurant and buffet sold by the pound." There's also the weighing scale logo they've chosen, which further suggests that it won't be offering an unlimited meat feast like other Brazilian restaurants around these parts.
If you're interested in working there, the listing was posted 12 days ago. It says "Brazilian culture knowledge experience preferrebel [sic] but not necessarie [sic]. PORTUGUESE, SPANISH SPEAKING is a plus."
