Brü Grill & Market, the “farm to table, seasonal and organic” Lake Forest restaurant, officially opened its doors last week. Located at The Orchard at El Toro and Rockfield where the Carino's used to sit, they also tout a tasting room with reportedly more than 100 craft brews (including those from the
Bruery, Bootlegger's, Nobel Ale Works, Cismontane and Anaheim Brewery) .

Their listed chef is one Joseph Gotti, whose experience ranges from The Water Grill and Providence in LA, and who was previously worked for the Patina Group's Naples at Downtown Disney and Da Vinci in Long Beach.
