The two walked into the Pronto Pizza at 1734 W. First St., Santa Ana, just before 10 p.m. Saturday, approached the counter and that's where one of them whipped out a black semi-auto handgun from his waistband.

They demanded money, which an employee took out of the cash register and handed to the guy with the guns before both bandits ran out of the shop, heading south through the parking lot and south onto Raitt Street. The amount taken was undisclosed.

The guy with the gun was described by police as Hispanic, age 20 to 24, 5-foot-6, 160 pounds with black hair, brown eyes and a mustache. He was wearing a red baseball cap, black sweatshirt, black pants and black Nike shoes.

His partner was also Hispanic, age 20 to 24, 5-foot-9, 160 pounds with black hair, brown eyes, wearing an open gray hooded zip-up sweater with white writing and the hood up, a black and white plaid shirt, black pants, with a purple bandana over his face and gray shoes.

Police also released this video:

Detectives believe the pair are responsible for robberies Dec. 9 at Radio Shack, 1601 W. 17th St., Santa Ana, at 7:48 p.m.; and Nov. 11 at Video Sky, 2525 W. 17th St., Santa Ana at 5:53 p.m. Anyone with information on any of the crimes is asked to call Santa Ana robbery Detective P.
