So you want to wager on some March Madness this weekend, kick back , drink some craft beers but Vegas is too far? You lucky beer-drinking, binge-gambling, taco-eating mother F-er! The Ensenada Beer Fest is THIS SATURDAY at the Riviera Del Pacifico, a former luxury hotel that is now the Social, Civic and Cultural Center of Ensenada. Over 80 craft breweries from Baja California along with some great comida is yours for 250 pesos—$14 American dollares—BOOM.
Some of the participants. From Mexicali: Urbana , Cerveceria Peninsula and Legion. From Tijuana: Mamut, Donkey Punch and Calafia. And the host city Ensenada: Agua Mala, Once Perros and Heisenberg. Restaurants I’ll be looking for: Mariscos Bahia, Oink BBQ Costilleria and Pinche Frances.
