What's the delay? For starters, they're staffing up. They're also working on perfecting their menu in a brand-new kitchen with all-new equipment. What's on the menu?
Now that the farmer's market comes to their parking lot every Saturday morning, the menu is even more focused on seasonal produce than before. We. Can't. Wait!
