If you've already partied hard over the weekend, great! Extend the celebration into the actual holiday. But if you have yet to get your green on, we've got options for ya. And I even threw in a couple of non-alcoholic ideas for you underagers.

1. Chapter One: the modern local
At our favorite faux bookstore, they're turning three! Partying begins at 11 a.m., and doesn't show signs of slowing down. Join Chef Jason and friends for what they describe as, “Bagpipers, drink specials and Irish-inspired dishes from Chef Chicken Wing.”
Traditional Irish breakfast service gets going early in Old Town Tustin– 7 a.m., to be exact. Quinn's transitions to lunch service at 11 a.m., but that's not all. They've even set up an Irish pub in a tent for the anticipated overflow of merrymakers. Top that off with live bands, and you've got one heck of a party.
3. SeaLegs Wine Bar + Noble Ale Works
Chef (and recent On the Line subject) Alexander Dale has teamed up with Greg Nagel of OC Beer Blog to host a pairing dinner featuring brews from Noble Ale Works. Reservations are recommended for their 5-course, $60 per person meal. Tastes include a potato, leek and pea soup, duck confit shepherd's pie and Irish oatmeal whiskey cake.

In Old Towne Orange, the gang has whipped up a couple of drink specials for the occasion: Lie to Me and Irish Bag. Thirsty patrons can look forward to triple distilled Paddy's Irish Whiskey, Dolin Rouge red vermouth, a trio of bitters and lime twist– and that's just the Irish Bag!
5. HopScotch
Served all weekend, the culinary militia will keep rustling up corned beef over cabbage and potato pancake all day Monday. And since I trust the cuisine of one Cody Storts, I can guarantee that it “doesn't suck”.
6. Nieuport 17
What else is for dinner? Besides one proper corned beef dinner, what you should also ask for at Nieuport 17 is their mint chocolate chip cake. If you're lounging in their Barnstormer Bar, Andrea Miller will also be crooning for your listening pleasure.

7. Bruxie
Bruxie loves churning out those holiday specials. Take their Guinness braised short rib sandwich. Crammed with savory Irish Dubliner cheese, caramelized onion, crispy potato, horseradish and chives through Monday, it sounds like lunch to me.
With one of our favorite bars to date, the team over at Little Sparrow will be ready and waiting come 5 p.m. Calling it Smells Like Green Spirit, take a sip of Redbreast 12-year Irish whiskey, House Spirits coffee liqueur, chocolate bitters and Chartreuse whipped cream. I'll take two.
The women from Downtown Fullerton's boozy dessert shoppe made a dessert that's difficult to resist. If their hashtags are any indicator, their Irish Car Bomb is one dangerous cupcake. #guinness #baileys #whiskey #chocolate
Last, but certainly not least, I take notice of another favorite spot. Going the green route with both a beverage and dessert, folks can choose between a Matcha tea vanilla latte and Persian lime pie doughnut. I don't think I can decide.
