This is a cool one: the newly reunited Germs, featuring actor (and UC Irvine alum) Shane West, is coming to the House of Blues, Anaheim on September 6. The Germs disbanded back in 1980 after the suicide of lead singer Darby Crash (Pat Smear went on to play guitar with Foo Fighters and on Nirvana's Unplugged in New York album), but reformed recently wish West, who played Crash in 2007 biopic What We Do Is Secret.
