    Anaheim Police made two arrests last week in last month's slayings of 20-year-old Edwin Alarrazabal and Ramon Magana, 22.Mark Christopher Caywood, 29, was popped in Fontana Thursday, while 37-year-old Richard Adrian Trevino was hauled in after a brief car chase in Anaheim Friday.
