ToledanoJim Toledano, the 65-year-old former chairman of the Orange County Democratic Party and a three-time losing state assembly candidate, has been charged with two felony counts in an alleged $350,000 extortion plot, according to prosecutors.Also charged in the case is Toledano-client Michael Earl Roberts of Corona del Mar.
