    Bill Cosby raging about his colonoscopies and Viagra took me by surprise. Well known for his conservative, family-friendly stand up, Cosby has tweaked his act since the 1980s.     I just found out that Bill Cosby is making a hip hop CD. Which proves just one thing: Now anybody - and I mean anybody - can put out an album. If it's a good album is another matter.
