Roger Stettler, Executive Chef of DUO restaurant at the Four Seasons Resort Maui at Wailea, is going to be at Bloomingdale's, Fashion Island, on Thursday, October 1. Among the dishes he'll be demonstrating are Miso Yaki Seabass and Big Island Hearts of Palm Salad. Sounds delish!Steak is also a speciality of DUO, but that's just boooooring.
