  ​"Forever and always, I'm always here!" Oh, sorry, didn't see you there.Today the San Clemente-based Surfrider Foundation announced the recipients of their "Keeper of the Coast Awards," and it's a fairly eclectic bunch: Pearl Jam, Incubus, and David Chokachi. Yeah, David Chokachi, the buff blond dude from Baywatch in the picture up there. Seems odd, right? Two really famous bands, and a TV actor that most people haven't thought about in a decade.
