Every four minutes, a person is diagnosed with a blood cancer (such as leukemia, Hodgkin lymphoma, non-Hodgkin lymphoma or myeloma). That figure estimates about 139,860 people in the United States were diagnosed last year alone. It’s a devastating kind of disease, but one that has a strong force trying to remedy it.
