A 42-year-old male teacher at what's been dubbed one of Orange County's best high schools pleaded innocent Wednesday to banging a 17-year-old female student in his classroom and car. Christopher John Ontiveros, of Huntington Beach, teaches history at Oxford Academy in Cypress, but if he is convicted he could be giving lessons in state prison for the next six years.
In other illegal-teen-banging news, the youth pastor who we told you here had pleaded guilty to having illegal sex and smoking pot with a 15-year-old girl in the
parking lot of Miracle Land
Korean Baptist Church in Cypress was sentenced to 90 days in jail and three years probation.

Ontiveros, who is currently out on $100,000 bail, is next scheduled to be in court at West
Justice Center in Westminster on Feb. 11. He faces three felony counts of sexual penetration by foreign
object of a minor, one felony count of oral copulation of a minor, one
felony count of distributing harmful sexual material to a minor, one
felony count of contacting a child with intent to commit sexual
penetration, and one misdemeanor count of sexual battery.
According to the Orange County District Attorney's office, Ontiveros abused his position of trust by developing a
personal relationship with the girl and making unsolicited sexual
advances toward her. Between June and
September 2009, he allegedly sent her numerous
sexual text messages. That also the time period he is accused of engaging in illegal digital penetration and
oral copulation with the teen.
Her mother discovered texts on the daughter's cell
phone that led to police being called.
In reporting on Ontiveros' not-guilty plea, the Orange County Register noted it had
named Oxford Academy the best high school in Orange County in 2008 and 2009. The high school, part of the Anaheim Union High School District, has also been named among the Top 10 in the United States by Newsweek and U.S. News and World Report.
Before he was sentenced, Timothy Han, 21, of Fullerton, pleaded guilty to felony unlawful sexual intercourse and a misdemeanor count of
contributing to the delinquency of a minor in connection with his November tryst with the 15-year-old.
Han, who was Fusterclucked by Nick Schou here, was a youth group leader at the church when he met the girl. Church officials learned of the relationship and turned the police onto Han.
