What You Missed: Black Eyed Peas, Powerhouse, That OTHER Dog Beach

Not a crook.
Not a crook.

What'd you do this weekend? Was it as short as ours? Thought so. Photographer Keith May continued his exploration of Orange County this weekend. This time he brings us that "OTHER" dog beach--it has no name, no leash rules, no cops and is relatively unknown. This dog beach sits at the mouth of the Santa Ana River at the border between Newport and Huntington Beaches. Dogs surf and frolic as their owners watch. There's even some casual dog surfing instructions most Sundays. Aw. The photos are awesome, seriously. Click right here to see 'em!

Next up? Power 106's annual blowout, Powerhouse, stopped by the Honda Center on Saturday, 8/8. Pitbull, Flo Rida, Lil' Jon, Jay-Z, LMFAO and surprise guests the Black Eyed Peas performed. Fergie's looking good as a brunette. Don't believe us? Just check after the jump.

It was a packed night, and we got to see the biggest players in the mainstream hip hop scene today--and some not-so-big (but just as talented!) players as well: The line-up also featured up and comers like Far East Movement, a group from Los Angeles consisting of Kev Nish, Prohgress, J-Splif and DJ Virman. Heeeell yeah. See the photos here.

And last? Well, it's more Black Eyed Peas. And "party rock" group LMFAO (you know, they do that song that goes "Take off that polka dot bikini giiiiiiiiiiirl"?), who's pictured above uh, tag teaming. We're sure you don't mind. It was the last weekend of concerts at the OC Fair and a packed out Pacific Amphitheater welcomed Fergie, will.i.am, Taboo and apl.de.ap with open arms as they charged through their long list of radio hits. Click here for the great pictures!
