The celebrations seem to result in legal problems for the porn princess-turned-Huntington Harbour mom.
The latest found her arrested Saturday night in Newport Beach.

She came by a party somewhere on the Balboa Pen on her way to a celebration of her birthday at Heat Ultra Lounge in Anaheim.
But things turned ugly in Newps around 8 p.m. when Jameson and another woman began fighting. Physically. (Note to Jen: next time use that choke hold Tito Ortiz, uh, showed you.)
The other woman managed to put Jameson under citizen's arrest and flag down a Newport Beach police officer, who arrested Jameson for suspected assault and battery. If the Orange County District Attorney's office determines there is enough evidence of a crime, she could face charges and possible time behind bars.
But, according to Jameson's favorite method of communicating with the world–The Twitter–her supposed friend broke into the celeb's home and stole from her and then accused Jameson of “gusting her,” whatever that means.
What it meant for Club Jenna was missing that bash at Heat Ultra Lounge.
It was attending a March 2011 birthday party in Hollywood for gossip hag Perez Hilton that resulted in a judge slapping Jameson with a $92,000 court judgement. She was supposed to be making appearances in Illinois movie theaters showing her flick Zombie Strippers, but she cancelled at the last minute, claiming to be ill.

Don't know if there was birthday bash associated with Jameson slamming her
Range Rover into a Westminster utility pole early one morning in May 2012. That resulted in convictions for misdemeanor driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and driving
with a blood alcohol level of 0.08 percent or more and three years of probation three months of anti-boozing classes.

UPDATE NO. 1, APRIL 8, 3:36 P.M.: The “victim” of alleged assault and battery at the hands of Jenna Jameson has been revealed to be her assistant and transgender porn star Britney Markham.
To counter Jameson's tweet accusing Markham of stealing from the porn retiree's home, Markham posted the following on Instagram: “NOT TRUE! How could u say that u attacked me and im in the hospital [because] of u. This what u did to me and u accuse me of stealing.”

The Huntington Beach resident's Facebook page includes a banner photo for the Britney Markham Foundation, which is said to provide services to the homeless.
Meanwhile, if prosecutors file charges against Jameson, it could effect her probation. She was briefly jailed after the citizen arrest.
UPDATE NO. 2, APRIL 10, 3:39 P.M.: Jenna Jameson barged into a Newport Beach salon, screamed “I'll fucking kill you!” at Britney Markham and punched her transgender assistant in the stomach with brass knuckles, according to a restraining order request filed in court.
Brass knuckles are illegal in California, although TMZ.com posted an Instagram photo of what's likely the disputed “weapon”: a clip-on cell phone holder that resemble brass knuckles:
A May 17 court date has been set for Jameson, although the Orange County District Attorney's office has not yet announced any charges against her.
UPDATE NO. 3, APRIL 11, 2:55 P.M.: The Orange County District Attorney's office will not prosecute Jenna Jameson for battery due to lack of evidence, TMZ reports.

UPDATE NO. 4, APRIL 15, 8:39 A.M.: Tito Ortiz has taken custody of his twin 4-year-old sons, Jesse Jameson and Journey Jette, and baby momma Jenna Jameson has moved out of the Huntington Harbour home they all share.
TMZ gets the scoop.
No one's talking and no formal custody filing has turned up in Orange County courts, but it is assumed the parental decision was made due to Jameson's recent legal troubles.
