Ruben Rodriguez could face 16 misdemeanor counts of indecent exposure and child
annoyance, but Fullerton Police are on the lookout for other potential victims.

He is accused of flashing two girls who were walking to
Sunny Hills High School on Wednesday.

News of the investigation reminded a school police
officer that Rodriguez was
cited for exposing himself to two 17-year-old girls near Troy High
School in September.

Victim interviews and checks of photo lineups led Rodriguez to be tied to five other incidents near Sunny Hills
and Nicolas Junior High School.

Police say his move was to park on streets where girls were walking and, as they approached him, expose himself and strike up a conversation.

Anyone who believes they were flashed by the guy is asked to call Fullerton Police Det. Stuart Hamilton at 714.738.3301 or
the front desk at 714.738.6715.

UPDATE: Three freshman girls have come forward to report to Fullerton Police that Rodriguez exposed himself to them as they were walking to Sunny Hills High School. One girl went to police after her mother saw media reports about the man's arrest. Police say the other girls' parents did not contact authorities right after their daughters told them what happened, for whatever reasons. They also came forward after hearing about the investigation of Rodriguez. He is scheduled to be arraigned Nov. 16 at North Justice Center in Fullerton.
